Igal Zamir – CEO |

Igal joined Metrolight in June 2006, bringing with him a history of innovative leadership. He is currently defining and leading the strategic vision of the company, to take it to the next level. Before Metrolight, Igal served for seven years as CEO of Rostam LTD, where he transformed this small Israeli company into the world’s largest and leading private label feminine hygiene product manufacturer. From 1992 to 1997, he served as COO of Barkan Engineering LTD. Igal holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with honors from the Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Bar-Ilan University.

Randy Reid – Executive V.P. Sales & Marketing |

Randy founded Metrolight’s U.S. operations in 2002, and serves as Executive VP of Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for Metrolight's full range of sales and marketing activities across all channels throughout North America. His focus lies in developing strategic relationships with US-based customers, as well as providing support for them. Prior to joining Metrolight, Randy served as the Business Manager for Universal Lighting Technologies' Compact Florescent business and Product Manager for their HID product division. Previously, he worked for GE Lighting as a National Account Manager with responsibility for Crescent Electric. From 2002 to 2003, he served as the President of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America, a 9000+ member organization based in New York City. Randy has an MBA from the University of Tennessee and was a longtime member of the US Army Reserve. He recently retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Jonathan Hollander – CTO |

Jonathan joined Metrolight in 1985, after serving for four years as a Practical Engineer in the Israeli Army. With over 20 years of experience in power electronics, including 10 years in UPS development, Jonathan has written five patents and has developed many new products for the General Lighting market. He is responsible for the technical direction of Metrolight and technical research, seeking new technologies that will positively impact the Metrolight product line. Jonathan graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering with Honors from the Israel Institute of Technology.

Liby Shapira – General Manager, Israel |

Liby joined Metrolight in 2006 as the VP of Operations and became General Manager, Israel in 2007. He ensures the smooth and quality operation of Metrolight, Israel and is responsible for the planning, definition, development, delivery, maintenance, and management of all operational procedures to ensure client satisfaction and improved service delivery. Prior to joining Metrolight, Liby held several senior management positions at Orbotech Ltd over a period of more than 18 years. He served as Orbotec’s Engineering Manager, Director of Production, Director of Orbotech Europe Customer Support, and Director of Corporate Customer Support. Liby holds a B.Sc. in Electronics & Electric Engineering from the Tel Aviv University.

Keren Gal Or – VP Finance |

Keren joined Metrolight in 2007 as VP Finance and is responsible for all the financial and accounting activities within the company. Keren brings with her over 10 years of experience in the financial arena which she gained while serving in several financial management roles prior to joining Metrolight. Keren is a CPA and holds a BA degree in Economy and Accounting obtained from the Tel-Aviv University.

Tair Mordoch – VP Human Resources |

Tair joined Metrolight in July 2006 and brings with her years of experience and expertise in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining Metrolight, Tair worked for one of the biggest telecom companies in Israel as an HR consultant. Previously to that, she was a Head Hunter with a recruitment office. At Metrolight, she is responsible for planning and implementing the HR policy and the company cultural assimilation process. Tair has B.A in psychology from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA degree obtained from the university of Derby.
