Doug Cartwright, Wayne Letwink Jr. and Constance Jones, all seasoned sales executives, bring more than 40 years of combined experience in the lighting field to Metrolight.

Constance Jones, Western Region Sales Manager, has over 25 years of experience in technical sales and executive management, 15 years of which have been in sales and management in the lighting and cable industry. Throughout her career, Constance has been directly responsible for sales growth through loyal clients and all channels in the industry.
Doug Cartwright, Eastern Region Sales Manager, is a 15 year lighting industry veteran in the commercial and industrial sector. He has garnered invaluable experience particularly in establishing district sales offices, developing and managing key accounts and providing strategic direction in channel development.
Wayne Letwink Jr., National OEM Business Manager, spent 2 years working for a lighting contractor before moving onto Aromat Corporation where he spent 11 years as Regional and then National Sales Manager for their highly successful electronic metal halide ballast division. In his new position, Wayne will leverage his experience in working with OEM’s, independent reps, as well as designers, specifiers, distributors and end users.
